Refund Policy

Shout Internet is committed to providing customers with the highest quality products and services. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer our customers the following refund terms:

Any Shout Internet software products purchased from the Shout Internet website, or any of its related websites, are subject to a 30 day refund period commencing from the date of order.

During this 30 day period, and up to midnight (GMT) on the date 30 days after the purchase date, customers may submit a ticket to our Support Desk requesting a full refund.

Refunds will only be granted if the refund request is received on or before midnight (GMT) on the date 30 days after the order date.

Upon issuing a refund, any licenses provided for the use of Shout Internet products will be automatically revoked, and the customer should remove or delete the respective product(s) from their computer immediately.

CANCELLATION: The Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSR)

Shout Internet offers an unrestricted refund policy lasting 30 days from purchase. Since delivery of goods is instantneous upon completing an order, and since distance selling regulations require only a seven day period from receipt of goods in which to request a refund, Shout Internet's refund policy more than covers the requirements as set out by DSR.
